Susan Santiago received her Associate's degree from East Los Angeles College and formerly worked with Union Bank of California. She came to Moe Plumbing Services in 1992 and has worked in several capacities, including safety management, payroll administration, and manpower management. Currently, she is in charge of the accounts receivable and construction administration for the new construction division. She is also the director of human resources.
